About Jasmine
Hi all! My name is Jasmine and I’m a second-year Chemistry student at Imperial College London with a strong background in Maths, Chemistry and Biology, with 10 9’s at GCSEs and A*A*A at A Levels. I have experience teaching and working with children of a wide range of ages and abilities, both in the UK and through volunteering abroad. These experiences have taught me how important it is to adapt to each student, communicate clearly and make learning feel approachable while also fun! From making songs to different memorisation techniques to personalised practice questions, every child’s learning is different.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, drawing on my personal experience of teaching children across a wide range of ages and abilities (even in rural Africa!). Different methods are used to find what works best for each student, from visual explanations and worked examples to interactive activities and exam-style questions. Personalised resources are also provided to support learning and build both confidence and understanding, while also having fun!
