About Eleri
I'm really dedicated to my studies, and have been from a very young age. I have tutored my fellow students in Year 13 as a member of the Academic Outreach team at sixth form, and I have worked with children as young as seven in an after-school club for Code Camp UK. I am enthusiastic about STEM, and especially getting younger people excited about subjects that often feel dense and hard to navigate.

I strongly believe in active recall and targeting weak areas when it comes to improving STEM. I would implement regular topic tests to establish a level of knowledge and use a multitude of resources (videos, examples, practice sheets) to find out what works out best for the student. I would be happy to do lessons up to 2 hours, for 15 to 18-year-olds doing GCSEs or A-Levels. I received a 9 in Maths and Physics and an 8 in Chemistry at GCSE level. At A-Level, I received an A in Maths and Physics and a B in Chemistry. I also did Further Maths A-Level and received a 2:1 in my first year Engineering Mathematics module at the University of Bristol so am comfortable teaching Further Maths.
