About Anuraag
Hello! My name is Anuraag and I am a second year medical student studying at Cambridge university. Having recently been through the admittedly long admissions process from GCSE’s, A-Levels and entrance exams through to interviews, I understand how tough it can sometimes be. However, have no fear! I have extensive knowledge of the content covered at GCSE and A-level particularly if you want to apply for medicine at Oxbridge. I would love to share this knowledge with you and you’ll be able to see exactly where those pesky marks lie in the questions. Other than that there is always a light at then end of this long tunnel so keep at it!
In my experience of tutoring A-level and GCSE students at college, every student has the potential to do exceptionally well if the fundamental concepts are taught well and with me, you will receive step-by-step guidance on how to approach exams from the minute you enter the exam hall to the moment you put your pen down.
Lastly, in my free time I am an avid badminton player at my college where I play several times a week and I love to play chess at my favourite university chess club. I look forward to hearing from you!

At GCSE I achieved 10 A*s (6 9s and 4 8s) and at A-level I achieved 3A*s in biology, chemistry and maths with a year’s experience in tutoring at college. My lessons, which will typically last one hour will not only cover the core curriculum content (whilst adjusting to the student’s pace) but will also integrate problem solving to gain a broader understanding of the subject. The beginning of each lesson will start by some quick diagnostic questions to assess foundational knowledge. I believe that this approach is hugely beneficial to not only the student’s knowledge of the subject but will also aid them in their exam technique and knowing where the marks lie.
