About DSCAS
Hi, I'm a second year student studying physical Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.As someone who achieved top grades in maths and physics in GCSE and A Level, I know what skills are required for students to learn efficiently and achieve excellent grades. My main reasons for teaching are: 1, I have been intrigued by my subject and I would like to share my love and understanding of it to students. 2, Teaching people also help your own learning as when you explain concepts to people, you will inevitably find new ways to understand it and express it in a different way.

1, main techniques: detailed worked examples for maths and physics that illustrates the key points of a topic. Explaining main concepts using analogies to help the student understand
2, typical length: 1 hour on a broad topic is preferred as I feel this gives time for detailed examples and a reasonable coverage of the key concepts, going at a moderate pace without waffle.
3, qualifications: 9 in GCSE maths and physics, A* in A Level maths, further maths and physics. No experience yet as a tutor
4,levels: years 10-13, which translates to students between ages 15-18
