About Thomas

i for one struggled a lot with mathematics in my earlier days and i thought to myself, what is it about mathematics that makes it so surreal. i met a tutor who taught me how to reason on my own and get my own answers. He taught me how to think outside of the box and look beyond what i would normally see.
i told myself that after all maths is not about genius but about the right approach and a great guide. that is the role i will play for my students. Enlighten the path for them to became greater minds.

About the lesson

i believe in a competence based teaching approach. taking the student to where he's supposed to find the solution is the trick especially on the long run. a lesson where the student bonds with the teacher and feels at ease works best so that's how i'll work.
As i'll like to say, maths isn't about genius but the right approach, clear and detailed explanations and a patient help that i will play the role of.
During my lessons i'll like to keep it simple ; we will work through your problems, clarify all your doubts and build your understanding step by step. All that at your pace and rythm.
