About Nandani

I am a second year undergraduate student at Georgetown University studying Healthcare Management and Policy on the Pre-Medical Track. I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and am a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program. I am passionate about women's health and functional medicine and I hope to pursue a career in obstetrics and gynecology. In my free time, I love to bake, cook, travel, read, watch anything sci-fi, go to farmer's markets, and play with my puppy!

About the lesson

I tailor each lesson to the student's learning style and goals. As a current student who has mastered studying habits for a rigorous pre-med curriculum, I know how to achieve success without spending countless hours looking at notes. I use practice problems, visual explanations, and active recall techniques! I also focus on developing effective study habits and test-taking strategies to navigate the design of standardized testing and curriculums.

I like to review previous material and clear up any misconceptions. We then work together through practice problems, write down strategies and brain dumps, and summarize key takeaways. I also like to suggest independent practice problems with tips/tricks if students run into problems.

As a current pre-med student, I have recent experience with the same coursework many students are taking. I understand common challenges and can explain concepts in a relatable, student-friendly way. I'm patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students build both their knowledge and confidence.

I can tutor biology, chemistry, English, math, and related pre-med prerequisite courses! Whether you're preparing for exams, catching up in class, or aiming for top grades, I can help you reach your academic goals!
