About Rohan
Hi there , my names Rohan and I am from the north west and a secondary Chemistry teacher currently located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I have a wealth of secondary school classroom and tutoring experience in Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE and A-Level.
I like to teach science in a fun and engaging way, teasing answers out of my students to make them think hard to make the content stick instead of repeating answers during a lesson and forgetting them as soon as they walk out of the door!
I also have a lot of experience in marking exam papers so I know exactly what the examiner is looking for!
I am adaptive in my teaching and if there is a specific topic you are struggling with send me a message and I can create a lesson personal to your learning needs and struggles.
In addition to mainstream education I also have a lot of experience in SEND teaching, having taught nurture groups from years seven through to eleven.
I have availability during the week after school and at the weekend, but specific times can be accommodated on request.
