About Cole
I am an undergraduate in the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services currently getting a bachelor's in Secondary Education. While I am progressing toward becoming a teacher, I hope to have the opportunity to help educate those who are struggling in their academic journey. I have been in the same place and understand the stress that comes with academic pressure. Through my experience and education, I hope to provide quality science and mathematics education to middle and high school students. I am enthusiastic to start aiding your success!

I approach lessons with a mixed approach based on research and personal experience. I understand the struggle with academic achievement, stress and self esteem. I hope to give not only study practices applicable to any education level, but also strategies to deal with stress! This is primarily for high school and middle school based, but I am very flexible, just talk to me!
My method includes two primary pieces that can be integrated into most subjects. First, memorization through study and rehearsal, make sure the student can pull the information from their memory rather than their recognition. Secondly, I use small quizzes to give immediate positive/negative feedback. These are low stress and meant to help students cope with testing anxiety.
I don't just want you to learn information, I want to give you tools to use throughout the rest of your life. I want to be accessible and impact those who need help in their education journey. I'm excited about the prospect of working with some y'all!
