About Ammaarah
With a Chinese grandfather, Indian grandmother and Zimbabwean mother I have a lot of experience with various cuisines under my belt. In order to gain this experience, I had to mess up, A LOT.
I had to fix gravy that was waaay too salty, burnt sauces and deathly spicy chicken.
I have learnt all the tricks in the book to take food from inedible to delectable.
