About Coach
Coach Rudy has experience training under Kickboxing legend Benny "The Jet" Urquidez, Machado Jiu-Jitsu, Gene Lebell Grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and Jeet Kune Do. He has certifications to teach self-defense and completed teacher training in Jeet Kune Do.

We meet up at park in the San Fernando Valley, California. Bring some focus boxing pads, boxing gloves, Muay Thai kicking pads, sneakers, and light clothing to sweat. We will complete foundational drills in striking, defense, footwork, and reactions. We will cover dirty fighting and no rules survival. Grappling, submissions, and takedowns will be included in the lessons. This is for beginners or anyone wanting to learn something new for self-defense.
