About Lloyd
I’ve been teaching mixed martial arts for many years. I had my own mix martial arts/ self defense school on maui for over 12 years. Being a chiropractor helps for self defense because I can put any bone that’s out of place into its right juxtaposition so it’s much easier to dislocate any joint. Once a joint is dislocated, u will have lots of time to call the police. Reporting Rape is very important so the next female will never have a problem with this perpetrator again.

I will teach stand up techniques for exercise and practical uses. The conditioning is important because stamina is very important in any altercation. Once your opponent takes u down, jujitsu and wrestling becomes very important. But strikes to certain key points can save your life once in the guard position.
