I have been living in California since I was ten. As such, I informally learned Mexican Spanish from friends, co-workers, but have been formally studying the language for the past six years. I currently teach introductory classes in my city and am now branching out to online distance classes on platforms like this site.

I am offering Introductory Spanish lessons (Levels A1 and A2). I have created a curriculum that draws from literature, music, poetry, movies, television, news, and other ways to immerse yourself in the language. You will be able to have basic conversations and complete basic transactions in Spanish from start to finish by the conclusion of the A1 and 2 classes. The lessons are also highly individualized. You already have specific reasons in mind regarding why you want to learn Spanish at this particular time, so let’s focus on that. Learn in a low-stress environment.
