About Usha
I am an art and yoga teacher for many years. Having been in corporate management for many years, I have seen how important it is to de-stress and balance work and life. Yoga and art are very meditative practices that require as little as 10 minutes a day to practice.
I am devoted to lifestyle balance and encourage everyone to take the leap and set aside 10 mins a day to indulge in art!
