About Ciara
I have a wide-ranging experience with writing and I recently published my first novel. I am currently working on a follow-up, a collection of short stories. Having studied creative writing at a degree level, I have always wanted to pass on some of what I have learned. Since I published Annunciation, many people have asked me for advice on how to get started, or how to find the motivation to write. I'd like to be able to help more people discover their gifts and enjoy the sense of achievement that comes with completing a project, big or small.

I want to create a personalised experience for each student to help pass on what I have learned. I will ask for a few examples of your writing beforehand - poetry, journalism, prose, web content etc, so I can assess your strengths and weaknesses and we can work on them together. We can discuss your goals as a writer and the best way to reach them, looking at both universal writing advice and what I think will work for you. Lessons will be between half an hour and an hour so we can work it into your schedule.
