About Bilyana

Hi! I’m a 3rd-year student specializing in Film & TV Directing and Production with 2 years of acting experience in cinema and theater.

I’ve already had the chance to turn what I learn into real projects — I’ve created and worked on short films, directed my own reality-show projects, and also acted in short films. Having experience both behind and in front of the camera has given me a different perspective on filmmaking and on what it takes to bring a character, a scene or an entire project to life.

I speak English, French and Bulgarian, and I already have experience teaching. I give French lessons and also help students from the years below me with film production and related subjects.

I’m a very friendly, patient and attentive person, and I genuinely care about the people I teach. I like getting to know each student, listening to what they need and adapting my approach to them rather than simply following one fixed method. For me, a good lesson should feel comfortable, encouraging and motivating — you should be able to ask questions, make mistakes and experiment without feeling judged.

I’ve worked with people of different ages and levels, and I truly believe that motivation matters much more than having some kind of “natural talent”. If you’re curious, willing to learn and ready to put in the effort, I believe you can make real progress.

Whether you want to learn filmmaking, develop your first script, prepare a self-tape or simply explore your creative side, I’d love to help you take that first step!

About the lesson

Want to audition for a role but have no idea how to make your self-tape stand out?

I have experience in acting and directing and can help you prepare for auditions and self-tapes in a practical, friendly way.

We can work on your script together, explore the character and emotions, practice your delivery, and find a natural way to perform the scene rather than simply memorizing and reciting the lines. I can also help you understand what the camera needs from you and how to feel more comfortable and confident in front of it.

Whether you’re preparing for your first audition or simply want to improve your on-camera acting, we can work at your own pace and focus on what you personally need.

No previous acting experience is required — you just need a willingness to try, experiment and have fun with the role!
