I have my own self taught experience with designing what I want for commission works and personal works. 2 years at ECCAD and a drawing class at ECCAD. University level English skills.

My method is to have a large support,(paper, canvass), and just suggest dufferent exercises to loosen people up. Example would be to draw or paint with left or not normally used hand. Then draw/paint the subject with the right hand. Help deveop thw work to desired finish.
