Akshay is a fine culinary artist whose speciality is slow cooking and fusion cuisines. I have taken multiple classes from him and it has been a phenomenal learning experience. I use to find cooking very monotonous until I met Akshay. Now, I really enjoy all the easy and exquisite recipes that he shares with me and also curates the entire menu for our special occasion days. I highly recommend his classes.
