About Kevin
My name is Kevin Mthiya I have struggled with weight in high school but I was never bullied . Started working out with a friend of mine,my friend was also struggling with weight we managed to lose weight after 3 months. To tell you the truth without him I wouldn't be doing this today. That's why I always tell people if you want to start exercising / Lose find a friend, brother or colleagues to workout with so that you'll be motivated for the 21 day's. The first 21 days is important to build a habit.

*Movement (Dancing)
*Start jogging and stretching
*Start smoking/ drinking once a week.
*destroy bad food habits
*Group talks (free no judgment) etc.....
Premium
*Now you able to jog in the morning.
*Start running as a group outside.
*Start cycling groups
*Extreme exercise /stretching etc......
It takes five months max to complete the classes.
