Fifteen years ago I began performing in venues across Australia, building a deep connection to the Chilean nueva-cancion tradition. This performance history informs my teaching style as I guide returning learners and self-taught players who crave formal structure.
Having earned a music degree, I balance raw playing instincts with academic rigor. My teaching includes everything from power chords to complex scales and modes. Reading tabs and developing ear training are essential steps toward true musical independence. Flamenco and Argentine folk techniques feature heavily in my lessons for advanced students.
