About Charondre
I teach because I have never really known how to do anything else. Sometimes I forget that singing is a technical skill rather than just a natural reaction to a good melody.
My 13 years of experience have allowed me to work with teens and kids who are just starting to find their sound. I rely on my background in Americana bands to show performance-focused students how to style a song authentically. Returning learners often come to me when they want to bridge the gap between their head and chest voice.
I hold a perspective shaped by years of festival life and traditional music. It is a simple enough way to spend a day.

Daily practice is the only true secret to vocal success. I share recorded warm-up routines so you can keep your voice healthy at home.
We focus heavily on pitch control and sight singing until you feel totally steady. I explain microphone technique for those who want to perform in front of a crowd. My lessons cover genre styling for pop and musical theatre as well as classical pieces.
I draw on 13 years of experience to help you find your natural resonance. You will learn to navigate the bridge between head and chest voice with ease. I keep the atmosphere relaxed while we refine your harmony singing.
