About John
On and off I have been directing both vocal and small instrumental ensembles in the public and private sector pk - 12 and with an emphasis in Special Ed for a 10! year span and post~ secondary ed for 15 years. Some Musicology and Church music along with Creative Arts Therapies are administered as well.

My teaching approach is Generalist and perhaps Eclectic in Philosophy. I find Kodaly, Orff, Dalcroze, and Comprehensive Musicianship helpful in a multisensory type of way with Suzuki at times also? Socratic questioning and Gestalt and skinner are classroom management sources.
