Hi, I'm glad you're here! I'm a Senior Analytics Manager with over 10 years of experience at leading multinational companies, where leading and developing teams has been just as central to my role as the technical work itself. Along the way, I've navigated real leadership challenges firsthand — managing people, resolving conflict, giving feedback, and helping team members grow into their potential.

I've had the privilege of mentoring several freshers and interns throughout my career, many of whom didn't just improve technically, but grew into confident professionals who went on to take on greater responsibility and advance quickly. Helping people find their own leadership voice has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career — and it's what led me to start teaching here on Superprof.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach:

Leadership isn't something you learn from theory alone — it's built through real situations: managing people, handling conflict, giving feedback, and making decisions under pressure. As a Senior Analytics Manager who has led and mentored teams for over a decade, I teach leadership the way it's actually practiced in the workplace, not through generic frameworks disconnected from real challenges.

Typical class structure:
Each session begins with a short discussion around a real workplace scenario or challenge you're currently facing or curious about. I then introduce a relevant leadership concept — such as communication styles, delegation, feedback techniques, or conflict resolution — explained through practical, relatable examples rather than abstract theory. We spend time role-playing or working through real situations together, so you leave with tools you can apply immediately, not just ideas to remember. Each class ends with a small reflection or action step to practice before our next session.

What makes me different:
I'm not a leadership consultant teaching from a slide deck — I actively manage teams and navigate leadership challenges in a fast-paced corporate environment every day. I've mentored freshers and interns into confident professionals and helped them grow into leadership-track roles, so I understand the real gaps that hold new leaders back and how to bridge them effectively.
