Methodology
Overall, I place a heavy emphasis on grasping core concepts so that the student can apply what they learned to new problems in the future. I try to keep an open and honest environment that is solely focused on what the student needs. Learning should not be dogmatic! Everyone is at a different level and I just want to foster the genius within every student!
Background
I am a senior computer science major at the University of Maryland College Park. I've interned at Nasdaq and Microsoft and am going to work full-time at Microsoft after graduation. I have experience tutoring at writing centers, teaching computer science summer camps, and tutoring kids 3-18 in math, reading, and writing throughout high school and part of college. I've mostly worked with middle and high schoolers in the past.
