Coming from a first-generation, low-income background, I have always looked to education as a means of empowerment; I believe wholeheartedly that knowledge is freedom, and I hope to share these values with other students who are-- for whatever reason, and in the face of whatever obstacles-- passionate about learning.

Most of my tutoring experience is with high school students, so my lessons are ideally for ninth to twelfth-grade students. That said, I am open to students outside of this range depending on the material.
As a current student pursuing a joint degree in both STEM and humanities fields, I value interdisciplinarity and nuance in problem-solving. I am eager to help other students adopt a similar worldview, weaving together skills from a number of disciplines to maximize their problem-solving potential.
