About Talya
I am a grade 12 student in Assumption Secondary School who has taken AP math for four years, with an honor roll average each year. I have done math help for other high school students as well. I am happy to work with students from grade 4 - 8.

I try to approach the subject from an open minded point of view. First, I find how the student thinks and understands, then try to explain concepts in a way they'll understand. I find it best to explain why something works the way it does, so the student can understand the concept, rather than memorize an equation.
