About Matthew
As mentioned I am a senior planetary science student. I very much enjoy learning about stars and the process of nuclear fusion which occurs within them. Like many I struggled with math at first, but by creating a plan and consistently practicing, I was able to improve my math skills and make my life as an undergraduate easier. As a senior I understand the frustrations many students feels when it comes to chemistry and physics, an this understanding is something I can help my students learn for their future in these classes.

My lessons predominantly would be in physics or chemistry. Depending whether it is a certain concept(Solubility rules) you are trying to learn or certain subject(Thermodynamics) we will identify your weak points and work towards improvement, in a repetitive cycle of learning new material and making sure your weak spots in the material are minimal. Assessing the level of understanding the student has, and then working from there is an effective way to improve the students understanding. Lessons are for all students ranging from high school math/ science to college level astrophysics, and ocean science.
