About Richard
I aim to be a tutor that reaches each student on a personal level, and adapt strategies that work specifically for their learning style and preference. To me, there is no such thing as a perfect formula to learning school subjects, each student has their own strengths and weaknesses, and I aim to play to those strengths.

- Having the student independently try each problem until they can solve it completely independent from me.
