I chose Mahira as my personal trainer recently and even through the screen, she does a great job. I feel as though she is beside me, guiding me. She analyzes my posture and guides me on how to have a better posture for a better result.

All the workouts I felt were good for nothing, under her guidance, I feel the burn in my core and I feel them working.

My sense of balance, and confidence in my own body has improved greatly, thank to Mahira!
