My name is Bruno, I have been a meditation practitioner for over 10 years and a teacher for over 6 years and I am very happy to help my students improve their quality of life through Self-Consciousness and Conscious Breathing. Learning from different lines of meditation and mindfulness for more than 10 years, I did a year of more rigorous training to give classes and mentoring services, and after that I decided to delve into Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to support meditation classes as greater applicability in the context and language of today, creating the Serene Meditation Method after 3 years of teaching. I love helping people dedicated to developing their self-knowledge potential, improving their emotional intelligence with techniques that are easy to use throughout the day. In addition to creating personalized meditations according to the principles to be developed at each moment. We also provide support material for daily practice in the form of Guided Meditations in high quality audio.
