As a student myself, I have struggled with certain learning aspects that come from the average teaching experience. During high school, there were more than a handful of teachers who would hand out packets and expect students to improve, however, these practices are often ineffective and mundane, as a teacher, I ensure that all my lessons are hands on and interactive to ensure my teachings are molded to the students needs rather than ease.
