About Siyi
Sicily Sun is a jewellery artist, visual designer, and advocate for ethical design. She earned a Master’s degree in Jewellery & Metal from the Royal College of Art (RCA) and a Bachelor’s in Metals & Jewellery Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Her academic achievements include the RIT Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar Award, RCA Vice Chancellor’s Achievement Scholarship, and Tiffany’s Scholarship, recognising her dedication to sustainability and innovation. Sicily’s work has been internationally exhibited at events like Munich Jewelry Week and recognised in environmental art competitions. Passionate about inclusivity and sustainability, she is an active member of the Women’s Jewelry Association (USA), Black in Jewelry Coalition (USA), and Ethical Metalsmiths (USA), where she collaborates with industry leaders to drive positive change. In her role as Visual Designer and Website Operations Manager at JJ LUXE, Imperial Grace Ltd., Sicily integrates creative design with business strategy to expand the company’s online presence in the UK market. Her expertise includes website maintenance, SEO optimisation, content creation, and social media strategy, showcasing her skills in trend analysis, market research, and cross-cultural communication. With a strong commitment to ethical practices and leadership, Sicily aims to foster innovation and sustainability in the global jewellery industry. She blends her artistic vision with strategic thinking, championing collaboration and inclusivity to create meaningful impact within her field.
