About Callum
I have taught many of my friends guitar. I love to teach, and I have taught mathematics, music, and vocals for 5 years. I can absolutely work with children who are different--autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. I have experience teaching children like this as well.

I have played guitar for 7 years. I believe in a more abstract and "diy punk" type approach-- I will teach chords first, then barre chords. Your student will discuss their music taste with me, and we'll pick some songs they want to learn based on the chords we learn one by one!
I do not teach based on technical tactics, note-by-note soloing, or sheet music reading. I believe that in order to learn guitar, you can not start with learning solos-- you have to learn the chords. I will teach letter chords, and eventually cover how to read tabs. When we move onto tabs is when we will start to cover soloing! :)
I will also teach your student time signatures.
