About Lyric
I’m a vocal coach with more than 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting (Voice Primary). I teach singers how to merge emotion, technique, and technology. My lessons use DAWs, vocal processors, and microphones to prepare for modern studio and stage work. We explore vocal looping, layering, and harmonies with hands-on practice. I focus on R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian music. My approach helps students interpret lyrics deeply and communicate meaning through phrasing. I enjoy guiding hobbyists who sing for joy as well as artists pursuing recording goals. Every lesson builds expressive strength and musical identity. I emphasize tone control and creativity equally. Together, we explore how storytelling and sound design work hand in hand. Singing becomes more than performance — it’s a full artistic experience. Let’s create music that moves and inspires.

My teaching is all about emotional storytelling through singing. I help students understand that every lyric is a message, and every note is a feeling. Lessons begin with exploring what the song means to you personally. Then we shape that meaning through vocal expression. I teach phrasing, tone shaping, and lyric interpretation in a simple, natural way. My students learn to sing with emotion, control, and confidence. I especially enjoy working with The Fiddler and The Music Major who seek expressive mastery. Together, we focus on depth, clarity, and audience connection. I emphasize presence over perfection. My lessons encourage authenticity and emotional honesty. Singing becomes more than sound — it becomes expression. My goal is to help you move others by truly embodying your songs.
