About Kiran

My name is Kiran Raj, and I specialize in a theory-driven, technique-focused approach to guitar—rooted in the Circle of Fifths as a central framework for mastering harmony, fretboard navigation, and musical composition. With over 10+ years of experience in guitar performance, songwriting, and teaching, I’ve developed a method that bridges the gap between music theory and practical application. My goal is not just to teach students what to play, but to help them understand why it works—empowering them to become independent, creative musicians. Through structured exercises, progressive repertoire, and targeted fretboard training, my lessons focus on: • Developing functional sight-reading and rhythmic accuracy • Building fluency in chord voicings and inversions across the neck • Enhancing left- and right-hand coordination for speed and articulation • Internalizing major/minor scales, modal theory, and intervallic relationships • Applying theory to improvisation, songwriting, and composition I believe that the guitar is more than an instrument—it’s a map of harmonic relationships. When students grasp that map, they no longer just play—they communicate musically. If you’re ready to deepen your technical foundation, expand your creative abilities, and finally make sense of the fretboard, my program is designed for you.

About the lesson

Unlock the fretboard like never before. My unique teaching method is rooted in the Circle of Fifths—a powerful musical tool that connects theory, technique, and creativity into one clear path. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, this approach will transform the way you understand and play the guitar. What you’ll get: • Sight-Reading and Playability: Carefully chosen guitar pieces that train your eyes and fingers to work in perfect sync. • Fretboard Freedom: Chord shapes that let you move confidently across the neck—no more feeling “stuck” in one position. • Speed and Dexterity: Targeted exercises to sharpen your technique and unlock fast, fluid playing. • Scales & Modes Mastery: Learn the full landscape of scales and modes in multiple positions, empowering you to improvise and compose with ease. • Create Your Own Music: Go beyond playing others’ songs—learn the tools to write and arrange your own. This isn’t just guitar lessons—it’s a complete musical education built around a system that actually makes sense. Come experience a method that gives you both structure and freedom.
