About Angelica

Hi, I'm Angelica, a professional performer based in London. I am a triple threat performer, spending my time getting the chance to travel the world with this career! Most recently I have returned from being a lead vocalist and entertainment manager onboard TUI River Cruises. Out of the three - dance, singing and acting - my main passion however is and has always been singing. I trained as a singer first from a very young age, starting out in opera and classical as my foundations (including multiple languages in songs), before branching out into a wide range of styles, including musical theatre, pop + more. I teach in person currently to a wide variety of ages and would love the chance to expand this and work with more wonderful people and their voices! I also play piano, guitar, and ukulele and have done for a long time, so I have a strong knowledge of music theory that I would also love to share with those who want to learn! I look forward to hearing from you!

About the lesson

When it comes to singing, it can be difficult sometimes to make lots of progress in a group setting, as there are so many voices at once and it can be hard to spot things. I truly believe in personalised teaching, as it not only gives full focus on you, but also really helps teacher and student alike find the details that need work. In my classes we would look at all aspects of voice, from breathing techniques, posture, and physicality, to proper vocal warmups to take with you, and the nitty gritty of how to push the voice and make great strides in your technique, in a safe, positive way. In just a few weeks you could unlock a voice you never realised you had! I also have knowledge in Estill (or 'vocal anatomy') so if that's something you would also be interested to have in your lessons, to add to your knowledge pool for your voice, we could make that happen. These singing lessons not only make your vocals take leaps and bounds, but could also help you simply with your voice, in terms of speaking confidently and safe vocal care and health, that you could use in every day life!
