About Serena
I must confess that breathing control is usually the first thing people get wrong. Once we lock that down, we move into head and chest voice mechanics that actually feel stable. I rely on my 13 years of gigging to show you exactly how to manage stage fear before the microphone goes live. We add harmony singing and pitch control drills into every single hour we spend together.
You will receive vocal drills as homework after every session to keep your instrument healthy. Harmony is where the magic happens, so we focus on ear training quite early on. Do you want to start building your set list today?

Honestly, I admit I never took a formal lesson to learn my own instrument. Growing up in Quebec meant singing was just how we lived, though later I spent 13 years gigging the local circuit to find my real voice. Working with kids and performance students brings out my best work because they have no filter. I rely on my instincts and the rhythm of the stage to help you find your range.
My path was entirely self-taught, which allows me to skip the jargon and get straight to the sound you want to make. Catch you later.
