About Denise
"Standing in a dimly lit rehearsal space after 8 years of touring feels like home. I built my teaching around what actually works in a real audition room.
My BMus Vocal Performance degree informs every corrective suggestion I provide to students. I focus on vocal health and care for those navigating demanding schedules. You will learn breathing control and how to shift between head and chest voice effectively.
I also emphasize tone and resonance to ensure your unique sound cuts through the noise. My approach remains encouraging and playful while keeping technical precision at the forefront. Microphone technique and stage fear management are regular topics during our conversations.
Sight singing becomes much less daunting when broken down into manageable pieces. I have taught hundreds of singers to trust their own voices completely."
