About Marsha

Starting as a performer later in life remains the most valuable tool I possess for helping others navigate their own unique vocal paths. Do you ever feel like your brain processes rhythm or pitch differently than what the standard textbooks suggest? My 5 years of experience include a BFA in Musical Theater and a focus on clarity through neurodivergent-affirming methods.

I break down vocal range extension, breathing control, and chest voice mechanics into manageable segments that respect your sensory needs. My approach emphasizes steady progress over rigid testing schedules. I prioritize identifying that single assumption which might be quietly hindering your growth.

About the lesson

Constantly checking for understanding through small, incremental steps works better than waiting for a final assessment at the end of the hour. Most instructors rush the mechanics, but I prefer to start by locating the specific tension or technical misunderstanding holding you back.

This 10.0 out of 10 level of attention covers belting technique, rhythm, and phrasing. Performance confidence and head voice placement get the same rigorous, yet calm, precision.

I mark scores in a way that respects dyslexia and ADHD patterns. You will find that these 10 minute warm up blocks create real consistency. I find this specific way of working incredibly rewarding.
