About Charmine
Pitch control is the foundation of every great song. I bring deep knowledge of belting, vibrato, and vocal range to every student. My BFA from East Tennessee State University informs my work with hobbyists, teens, and returning learners. We focus on breathing and head voice.
Performance confidence comes naturally once the mechanics are set. I have played at festivals for 13 years.
You will learn to use your chest voice. It feels like a natural conversation. Maybe we can find your sound.

Lessons feel like a conversation. We warm up the voice. My 11 years of experience in bluegrass and old-time singing offer a unique perspective on phrasing and rhythm.
I use my BFA from East Tennessee State University to guide you through complex breathing control and technical adjustments. You will practice specific exercises that expand your range safely and effectively.
We work on your material until the story in the lyrics comes through with clarity. It is about your comfort and your growth as a vocalist. I keep the focus on how you sound right now.
