My teaching method definitely depends on thee classroom. My experience with a group setting will be way diverse if working with a student individually. Teaching someone individual suits me more. one on one experience usually do not cause distractions and this will give the child the opportunity to express him or herself more adequately. They will be able to fully engage and focus on their individual style of learning which is tremendously imperative especially in the beginning. Lets remember, when working with students it is significant they establish rapport with you as their teacher; so moreover they could feel at ease with what they are learning and perhaps, sustain the capacity to open up to you more to disclose what is feasible and working for them or what else they will like to explore and conduct differently? As a teacher, I'm pretty flexible and usually attempt to go at my students approach. This is more my style. My goal is to get to them to learn, be themselves, while being entertained and expressing their opinions about their feelings deriving rom the material I'm teaching them. I love to ask questions. i.e. "How is this working for you?, " "What can we do differently? " How are you feeling about this assignment? "What kind of things are you learning?"
