About Yannick
I welcome both beginner and advanced students to learn to build confidence, strengthen the vocal ability and improve overall tone and musicality. Experience has taught me that music can change, help and heal people. Indeed, it is a fantastic hobby for individuals of all ages - both male and female. I feel very blessed to be able to teach people more about music, and believe that music should be fun to learn for students. My job is to make my students feel supported and guide them through any obstacles they may find along the way. Making sure they use their voice in the safest, healthiest and most effective way possible. I am an experienced music teacher, recently graduated from University of West London with a first class degree in popular music and worship BA (Hons).

I am a professional vocalist, vocal teacher, and actor based in Coventry. I teach a variety of styles such as pop, soul, rock, gospel and musical theatre. My job is to find a new approach for each student to make sure they can get the best out of their voice. I recently obtained a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music Performance from the University of West-London, and I credit my musicality to the gospel choirs I grew up listening to when I was younger. I have performed in many venues throughout the UK and the Netherlands. You may have seen me performing alongside the Kingdom Choir at Birmingham Symphony Hall or in the popular BBC series ‘Songs of Praise’ with the Nexus ICA gospel choir. After successfully obtaining my Bachelor's degree, I went on to study Acting at the Birmingham Conservatoire.

Yannick is an excellent tutor who will help you to improve your singing. He is very patient and works at a steady speed. I was initially shy but he made me feel totally at ease and I left his lessons feeling more confident in my voice. His knowledge of techniques was amazing and he explained everything really clearly. He let me choose my own song to practise which made my lessons really fun!
