My standard lesson structure consists of: 1. Vocal warm-ups 2. Song 1 with feedback 3. Song 2 with feedback 4. Song 3 with feedback 5. Cool down 6. Recap strengths and any challenges. The standard structure is quite flexible though.

Olaide is a a very supportive tutor while still providing constructive feedback. I would definitely recommend.
