About Nimesha
Modern teaching is not just a one way communication, I ensure that my students are collaborating well during the lessons. Also I strongly believe that only the theoretical knowledge will not help to make a good citizen to the society, Hence my teaching focus on the attitude development, cultural studies, good habits and traditional customs which will lead to develop a good citizen to the society.
I have developed lots of students to not only achieve the excellent academic results, but also to develop better attitudes and more practical skills. To achieve this, I am building a very good relationship with the student and of course, the commitment from the student and the parents also a key for the success.

Teaching style: Covering the syllabus with practical applications, Student will be able to understand the complex theories in a simple manner. Discussions with students and brainstorming helps to understand and memorize the concepts.
Methodology: Teaching the Lessons first, Do the assignments together with Students, Revision sessions with past papers.
Progress Monitoring: Asses the progress of the student using continues assessments and discuss the progress with parents, prepare improvement plans and follow-up the progress.
Length of a lesson : 1 hour to 2 hours
Experience : Government School Teaching experience for 6 years. (Secondary / Advanced level Classes)
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Arts - Specialized in Economics, Sinhala and Statistics
