About Prithika

Hi! I'm Prithika and I only just finished Sixth Form. Having only just left school myself, I feel that I understand and, most of all, remember just how tough GCSE and A-level years can be, and I'm prepared to help with any concerns you may have, whether academic or not! My academic background is as follows: - I achieved 11 Grade 9s at GCSE, including Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Maths, Computer Science, and Design Technology - I completed A-Level Maths in Year 12 with an A* - I'm currently predicted A*s in Chemistry, Physics, and Further Maths (I'm getting my results this summer!) - I'm an Imperial College London Mechanical Engineering offer-holder I wasn’t always one of the top students in my early secondary school years. I struggled at first — but through consistent effort, smart strategies, and a lot of perseverance, I managed to turn things around. My grades are a direct reflection of my hard work, and I’ve achieved more than I ever thought I could. Whether you're aiming to improve your understanding, or reach top grades, I’ve been where you are and know how to move forward.

About the lesson

Having recently been through the GCSE and A-Level process myself, I know exactly what it takes to excel — not just understanding the content, but mastering how to answer exam questions clearly and confidently. I specialise in tutoring: GCSE Maths & Sciences A-Level Maths (including Further Maths) exam technique and time management Whether you're looking to build confidence, catch up, or push for top grades, I tailor every session to your needs. I offer a friendly, focused approach and break down difficult topics into easy-to-understand steps. First lesson is free! In this lesson we can talk about which teaching style you think will help you the most and how long you want the lessons to be - I can be as flexible as you need me to be. Apart from tutoring, I can also advise you on any other aspects of school life, preparing for university, and more!
