About Zara
I am a student in sixth form and I believe that being a tutor is the better choice when looking for a job. When I was in year 9 and 10 I was conscientious on 3s and 4s but through effort and hard work I had pulled my grades up to 7s and 8s. Additionally, these grades were gained through me getting tuition so I realised how important it is to have a tutor that recognises your ability and allows you to work to the best of your ability. I want to help influence students and allow them to realise that if you have a desired goal it is not impossible to reach it as long as you put the right time and effort into it.

I will engage effectively with students and communicate with them so they can work to the best of their ability. I would allow all students to be comfortable and confident when I am tutoring them so they can feel open and able to ask when having difficulties. My lessons will be a mix of working independently and also group work so the students are able to explore different ways they feel more comfortable working.
