About Kevin
My educational background is in print Journalism and English, in which I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
My previous teaching experience has been in the customer service industry for 20-plus years. During this time, I was a trainer/coach in developing and writing step-by-step guides to assist our customer service representatives with incoming call management.
Currently, I am a one-on-one English Coach on (concealed information). For two hours a day, I help individual students with any questions they may have on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and writing.

My 20+ years of industry customer service experience, blog/article writing means I will explain, in simple terms, how you can improve your English grammar and pronunciation. You will learn easy ways to speak and write in workplace/conversational tradition and emails. You will have an English-speaking professional to answer questions you may have.
I work best with intermediate to advanced students, especially with those who want to practice from home. We will focus on you learning through talking, music, art, jokes, and topics of your interest.
