About Levi

As a flute tutor with more than 12 years of teaching experience, I enjoy helping students turn their interest in music into lifelong skills. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals through lessons that are supportive, interactive, and easy to understand. My goal is to make every student feel confident and motivated throughout their learning journey.

My teaching philosophy combines communication, flexibility, creativity, motivation, and patience. I believe every student has unique strengths, so I personalize lessons to match their goals and learning style. My classes include demonstrations, guided practice, and continuous encouragement.

Besides flute, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, breath management, beginner keyboard, sight reading, music appreciation, performance preparation, and ensemble playing. These additional subjects help students become complete musicians with strong technical and artistic abilities.

I focus on developing posture, breathing techniques, finger coordination, articulation, rhythm accuracy, tone quality, and expressive performance. I also prepare students for examinations, concerts, competitions, and public performances with confidence. My aim is to inspire every learner to enjoy music while reaching their full potential.

About the lesson

I believe that every flute student should learn in an environment filled with encouragement, respect, and meaningful guidance. My teaching methodology follows Communication, Accountability, and Integrity, helping students improve their technical ability while building confidence and discipline.

Every lesson starts with breathing control, posture, embouchure development, finger coordination, and tone production. As students improve, they continue with scales, rhythm practice, note reading, articulation, dynamics, phrasing, expression, and performance preparation. I use practical exercises that help students apply each lesson with confidence.

Communication allows students to understand concepts easily through simple explanations and active discussions. Accountability encourages regular practice, responsibility, and measurable improvement. Integrity ensures that every student receives patient instruction, honest feedback, and fair guidance.

Besides flute, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Staff Notation, Sight Reading, Rhythm Development, Breath Control, Instrument Care, Music Appreciation, Performance Preparation, and Practice Planning. These complementary subjects support complete musical development.

My objective is to help students become confident, expressive musicians who continue enjoying music throughout their lives.
