Nihar is one of the most efficient and highly skilled engineers. He has a firm grip on the concepts of engineering and can provide solutions for complex problems with ease. During the time that I have known him, he has proven his analytical skills, thinking outside the box and providing creative solutions that can be comprehended easily. He has mentored his juniors and fellow classmates in academics and life lessons. He has the mettle of a good teacher and mentor. He is patient, hardworking and trustworthy.

I know Nihar since the last 4 years. We were together in an engineering college where Nihar helped me clear many of my doubts. He was my go-to person for complex mathematical problems and he always helped me out. He is a wonderful friend, a helpful person and is compassionate about others' feelings.
