About Nicole
Hello Everyone! I'm Nicole, yoga teacher, nutritionist, and handcraft passionate. i believe that all artistic expressions are fundamental to be good with oneself and therefore with you environment. The time is art, live the present and created our reality is the best gift that we can share with the people that you love.
I studied nutrition and dietetic in Chile, working as a nutritionist for one year in two different clinics before come in Australia and i also did different workshops about nutrition for all ages.
After my first working holiday visa expired i went to India for study Yoga, i completed 200 hrs of Hatha yoga teacher training certified for the yoga alliance. Now that i'm back in Australia i would love to share all the knowledge, trough different classes methods about yoga and awareness food "let your food be your medicine"
i also learnt many crafts among my life, as a therapy, as a aesthetic creation and take a little part of your imagination out of your mind and materialise it, is a moment that you will love, or hate? we will see...
Anyways!! Yoga as a mental practice and physical routine will bring you just benefits, joy and and amount of fun that you deserve to enjoy :)
