2 Types of training:
-Technical-tactical improvement (understanding of the game)
-Physical improvement through the ball
* Trainings analyzed by GPS.
Methodology based on guided discovery, asking questions to the player that make him reflect and find the ideal answer.
At the beginning we would raise contexts on a blackboard or video material that we would then take to the field.
Depending on whether the training is individual or collective, the tasks would be more analytical or more contextualized.
There is also a general coordinative component that would be reinforced to enrich the player.
